We create and sell fine primary cuts, specialty meat cuts and gourmet deli complements in store, since 1925. Our passion for fine quality meat and friendly customer service has seen generations of Cairns families and people from all over and Far North Queensland, as well as Luxury Super Yacht and charter boat owners, return to our butcher shop on Collins Ave Edge Hill to buy their beef, pork, lamb and poultry products at honest prices for over 75 years.

Edge Hill Butchery has been a family affair for almost a century. Scraping the wooden cutting blocks, spreading fresh sawdust on the cement floors, cutting newspapers into wrapping sheets, scrubbing the navy and white striped aprons and delivering orders to customers, it's in our blood.
As a chef on a super yacht, finding quality products without compromise is one of the biggest challenges I face. Edge Hill Butchery make doing this so easy. They always go above and beyond, sourcing only the best produce and complements.
